When ordering from MTC, customers can rely on consistent turn-around times, as long as the parts are available. We will alert the customer of any delays that may impact the expected delivery time. Pending any issues, parts will be handled as follows.
No, we only ship within Canada.
No, all part sales are final sale. No exchange or refund.
If a part is defective, please notify us at partsales@mtcserivice.com within ten (10) days from the date of purchase.
An order may only be cancelled if it has not been processed and shipped, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please contact us at partsales@mtcservice.com.
