MTC is available to facilitate the purchase of parts and accessories for a variety of products that we service on-site. We have also made available a wide selection of parts ranging from new to salvaged recovered from otherwise unrepairable units.

Part Sales

While MTC prides itself on fulfilling the needs of our customers, we are currently only able to sell and ship parts within Canada.

Each part sold is subject to a 90 Day Warranty. Parts must be returned in their original condition and unopened. Parts that have been installed or attempted to be installed are not eligible for return.

MTC does not accept returns on recovery discs or other software sold. In the case of defective or Dead On Arrival software, MTC will honor a 90 Day Warranty.

If an order has been placed with MTC and the customer wishes to cancel, there will be a 30% restocking fee.

Parts ETA

When ordering from MTC, customers can rely on consistent turn-around times, as long as the parts are available. We will alert the customer of any delays that may impact the expected delivery time. Pending any issues, parts will be handled as follows.

In Stock Parts

Customers can expect purchased in stock parts to be delivered within 5-8 business days.

Special Order Parts

Customers can expect purchased special order parts to be delivered within 4-6 weeks.
