MTC does not require a bill of sale to cover parts
under warranty.
When customer calls MTC, they should make sure the part
number and description of their stand are easily accessible,
as MTC needs this information to process their request.
A Call Centre Representative determines if the model of
stand the customer is calling about, is a stand that MTC provides
parts for. If it is not, then the customer is referred to
Belbois at 1-800-661-7030.
If the part has to be ordered, the E.T.A. should be within
2 weeks. If the part is taken from stock, then the part is
at MTC already.
Customers can call to purchase parts (eg, glass shelves).
MTC Representatives determine if the model of the TV stand,
is a stand that MTC actually provides parts for. All other
stands are referred to Belbois at 1-800-661-7030.
