Part & Accessory Sales:

Parts needed to repair your equipment are available for purchase at MTC on Monday - Friday 10:00AM-4:00PM* or call and order via the MTC call centre on Monday - Friday 7:30AM-6:00PM at 905-666-7669.

*Note: The MTC front office/Factory Outlet staff only has access to sale parts while the technicians & the store staff are in the building together, which is from 10:00AM - 4:00PM.


Part Sales:
  • If after ordering a part from MTC and the customer wishes to cancel that order, the customer will be charged a 30% restocking fee (lamps will incur a $25.00 flat fee).
  • MTC only sells and ships parts within CANADA.
  • Each part holds a 90 day Warranty.
  • Parts must be returned in original condition & unopened. Parts that have been installed or attempted to be installed are not returnable.
  • No returns on recovery discs or software (90 day warranty applies for defective or DOA discs or software).
Sony Parts & Accessories:
  • MTC only sells parts & accessories supplied with the unit, for all Sony of Canada models including Sony Vaio Notebooks and Desktops.
  • MTC does NOT sell AIWA, Minolta, Ericson, Xperia or Sony PlayStation parts.
Sony Vaio Parts:

  • For Vaio mainboards and LCD’s, MTC will only sell if MTC installs the part ($60.00 to install plus applicable taxes.).
Parts ETA:
  • E.T.A. is 5-8 business days if in stock, and 4-6 weeks if not in stock.
