If your unit is a JVC product, call MTC directly @ 1-877-779-9929 for repair process information.
NOTE: All Customers who service an Out of Warranty JVC product at MTC will incur a $30.00 estimate fee. Once their
unit has been tested by a technician, the customer will receive a call from an MTC representative in regards to their
full repair amount (Labour + Parts (if necessary)).
