MTC services In and Out-Of-Warranty products.
Customer pays to ship their product in; MTC pays to ship
product out (NOTE: for WARRANTY only).
Send product with Proof of Purchase for Repair and Return.
For out-of-warranty items, use the go
ahead pricing list.
Dealer - LPPR: must send with RMA# supplied by Sony.
Customer - LPPR: take back to purchase location for assistance.
When bringing your Television into MTC
for repair, make sure to leave your unit in your
vehicle. You will first need to go into the front/main
office area to Customer Service, where MTC will book in
your unit. After your repair is processed, you can then
drive around to the back of the building and Receiving will
assist you with the unit. If you are visiting MTC on a Saturday, you may have to bring the unit in thru the front door.
NOTE: We are the only AIWA
repair centre in Canada
All AIWA products have a 1 year warranty.

All Aiwa product is now out of warranty, unless unit is refurbished.

The customer must cover shipment of the unit into MTC.
MTC's shop floor procedure is to try to repair the Aiwa
unit.
If dealers send in certain models, they must have RA # before
sending in (LPPR).
Purchase in US should be referred back to US if in Warranty.
If Out-of-Warranty, and from US, we will repair for a
special fee. |
